Ah, the Portland skyline

Portland skyline, from the tram station
Finally rode the tram yesterday and took this shot from the landing up at OHSU. Lovely lovely lovely. But wait. Look closer into the photo. What's that? Huh? Ah ha. Smells like Rose Festival spirit!
smells like rose festival
The parental unit is visiting from Texas and we were off on an urban adventure yesterday, riding the streetcar and tram, traipsing through Northwest, Brewery Blocks, and ending with beers at Bridgeport Brewery. You know those things you don't always enjoy and do in your own city but always adventure around when you're traveling? We had one of those days in our own city yesterday and it was fun. I was reminded why I live here and love Portland so much. We're off to see roses today....in the rain. Of course!

That's the reason I love visitors. I never have any fun unless someone give me the time to goof off like I don't live here.

I love being a tourist in my own city! My goals for this summare are to take the Haunted Portland bus tour and one of those Willamette River Jet Boat rides. Have a great time with the unit.

Portland is one of my favorite cities. There is a reason its so green, but I think I could get used to the rain. I really dig your photography around Portland.

I love me some Rose Festival. Bridgeport sold out to the Pearl District mentality. My allergies have been fucking killing me this week.

That is all.
