It's that time again...

It's time for these
Oh Oregon strawberries. You taunt, you tease, you are now ripe. If you're not familiar with my love of Oregon's strawberries, I suggest you visit these posts.

And guess who's picked up a certain photo as part of their collection for sale? The lure of Oregon's strawberries run deep.

More posts to come this week because it is time.

Oregon strawberries are what I miss most about Oregon. And the raspberries. And the apples. And the pears. Um...I miss Oregon. Enjoy the strawberries - I am jealous.

You rock for being so on top if the strawberry season this year. You inspired us with all of your "strawberry field reports" so we went out and made an almond tart with local berries and chocolate crust. But alas, not a single taker the entire weekend!!! That's okay though, 4 members of the LRBC crew and a family of passerbys on bikes happily split it. Can't wait to see what's coming out of your kitchen.

Hi Lelo!

I just picked up 20lbs of fresh cherries from my neighbor. I'll be thinking of you when I'm jammin'!

This is my first time ever growing strawberries and I'm so excited! We always had them on my birthday with angel food cake. So this year, I've been diligently crutching my way to my kitchen garden bed and checking each day for new berries. I eat them right there and they've never tasted better.
