Bridge...Brett - So brave with that canning water!

Bridget - There are many types of oxalis but unfortunately, this one likes my garden a little too much. If i could pry its spindly tendril like roots out of the ground, I'd still feel guilty gifting it along to another gardener. But you're welcome to all of mine!

MaryJo - You are absolutely correct. Like I said in the clip, you don't want to do this around other plants, but in specific areas, I find it pretty good.

Jaquelyn - I think you need a flamethrower out there: now THAT would give the neighbors something to talk about!

Kathleen - This works well with weeds with more shallow roots: long tap roots are tough and are best manually dug out. I know that's not the answer you had hoped for. :(LeLohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15073317400749817075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10949041.post-34976250703092060712009-08-27T08:21:06.842-07:002009-08-27T08:21:06.842-07:00we use that, as well as on the ant hills..;) just...we use that, as well as on the ant hills..;) just have to be careful not to hit a plant we like....:)

vinegar is another good one for weeds in areas you don't want any vegetation growing..;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14998862149005133518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10949041.post-17494266515855826132009-08-27T01:50:01.093-07:002009-08-27T01:50:01.093-07:00Just add butter and serve.Just add butter and serve.Jack Boghttp://bojack.orgnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10949041.post-26242314171792677312009-08-26T21:30:54.293-07:002009-08-26T21:30:54.293-07:00I love this idea!
