So I didn't cut the length. I just changed the style. Hmm. Layers. Around the face. I was going for this look:

It's "in" again, you know. Joan Jett.
I don't know how I feel about it yet. AdRi compared it to a mullet. It's different in the front than in the back. I said okay, I could handle that, but unlike the mullet that's business in the front and party in the back, my layered new "do" is rocker in the front and elegant in the back. That works, doesn't it?
But it's the end of a year, the beginning of a new one. What the hell. My hair grows like crazy. If I want to cut it, so be it. It will grow back within a few months. Back to the "big sexy hair" that was my goal before. (smirk) In the meantime, call me Joan. Joan Jett. And watch out for my Blackhearts.

Are you sure that's not Joyce Dewitt?
Oh LeLo you're such a Runaway
I want to see!!!
I loved 80's hair; I can't wait to set mine in hot rollers and hairspray the shit out of it!!!!
Layers are a good thing--if you're going for volume and snazziness (and I know you are). It took me years to realize that.
Rocker in front and elegant in the back sounds good to me.
PS I [heart] Joan Jett!
I, too, have adopted 80's hair a la Pat Benatar, since mine is much shorter than yours.
Go Joan, go!!
Rocker in the front and elegant in the back, nothing wrong with that!
Hope you have a fantastic New Year's Eve, Day and of course a tremendous 2006!!
For the love of pete, post a picture of your new do. You just might change lives. Like mine for example. I'm dying to get a cut or style or anything at all. Long hair and a ponytail are so not cool at my age.
Happy New Year to you!
I hope it's fabulous!
Lots of Love
